restoran sari ratu, ampang waterfront

the food was soooo nice
little that i know nasik padang has such a beauiful taste.booho!
we ordered ayam pop, ayam belado, smbal ijo, kailan ikan masin, daging rendang
i felt a lil bit frustrated since daging dendeng (dish i never taste before) finish already T_T
btw, the food was awesome, the dessert was amazing, too
for desset, i ask es teller (estrella??) and ain satisfy her taste bud with cendol durian!

Nagasari

resipi utk 20 biji pisang (dpt 40 bungkus)

-daun pisang 20 keping dilayur dpn blakang dgn api
-pisang masak ranum & manis (nipah, abu, emas, etc)
-1/2 biji kelapa parut (santan 3 cawan)
-gula 2 senduk
-tepung gandum 6 senduk
-garam seckp rasa
-air jika perlu (kalau pekat)

1) sediakan campuran tepung. tepung, gula, garam dcairkan dgn santan
-gaul supaya x berketul
2) masuk pisang yang dibelah 2 dlm campuran td
3) bungkus pisang dlm daun pisang, lipat
4) kukus 45 minit

Pulut Mangga Berkuah Santan


pulut

-pulut (1/2 kilo) dicuci & direndam 3 jam (overnite)

-cuci & toskan

-kukus dlm loyang, jgn lupa letakkan daun pandan

-pulut digaul dgn garam (1/2 sudu makan garam)

-kukus selama 15 minit, gaul dgn santan cair

-kukus lg selama 15 minit


kuah santan

-santan pekat 2 cwn, dituang dlm periuk

-campurkan secubit garam

-tambah seseudu tepung jagung, dibancuh tlebih dahulu

-tuang kan tepung dlm santan dan gaulkan

-dgn api kecil, tinggal kan santan sehingga menggelegak

-p/s: jgn bg sntan pecah

-hiriskan mangga

-sedap dimakan dgn gula melaka

mash potatoe


kentang 3 biji
butter
susu (preferably full cream milk)
garam secukup rasa
pepper (ditumbuk)

1) rebus kentang smpi empuk (letak garam dlm air rebusan)
2) mash kentang
3) campur butter + susu secukup rasa
4) taburkan pepper
5) voila! :)
